Reporting an Emergency
REPORTING AN EMERGENCY - During business hours (801) 653-3730
In the event of a major after-hours home emergency, please call 801-653-3730 OR refer to the Emergency Contact Sticker located in the cabinet under your kitchen sink. Please contact the appropriate vendor directly, followed by the submittal of a warranty request to document the concern in writing.
If you do not receive a response from the appropriate Element vendor within Six (6) hours of leaving a message, you may contact a licensed third- party contractor to perform an emergency repair and Element Homes will provide a reimbursement to you. You must report the emergency, in writing, within 48-hours after the event by clicking here and providing a copy of your receipt to qualify for the reimbursement, along with supporting documentation including photos and videos.
Element Homes will schedule any residual repairs.
An Emergency Warranty Issue consists of one of the following:
Total loss of Heat (both furnaces if you have 2)
- For total loss of electricity, please verify that no breakers have tripped and that only your home is affected by the outage. If your neighbor's power is also out, it is likely due to a utility outage in the area.
Total loss of Electricity (your home only)
- For total loss of electricity, please verify that no breakers have tripped and that only your home is affected by the outage. If your neighbor's power is also out, it is likely due to a utility outage in the area.
Total loss of water or a major water instruction (flooding)
- In the event of water intrusion or leak, immediately shut off the main water supply line to the house. (Your builder identified the water main at your Demo walk).
